Fungo&Tartufo at AAHAR 2025 in New Delhi: Italian taste meets India

Fungo&Tartufo was proud to take part in AAHAR 2025, the prestigious international food and hospitality fair held in New Delhi from March 5th to 9th. It was a valuable opportunity to showcase our truffle-based specialties to an international audience increasingly drawn to high-quality, Made in Italy products.

India is a rapidly growing market where the charm of Italian cuisine meets the curiosity of new consumers. During the exhibition, we had the pleasure of presenting our range of artisanal truffle products: sauces, infused oils, gourmet seasonings, and other delicacies that represent the best of our culinary tradition.

AAHAR is one of Asia’s leading events in the food & beverage sector, and the 2025 edition hosted over 1,000 exhibitors from around the world.
