Perfect for spreading.

Excellent spread on croutons or mixed with other ingredients as a complement to tasty appetizers, they are also perfect for seasoning first courses with a touch of refinement. Just heat a knob of butter or a drizzle of oil with cream or ricotta and cheese, then add a spoonful of sauce: stir quickly and the cream is immediately ready to wrap pasta, gnocchi or ravioli.
They are also perfect for enriching eggs and omelettes. The truffle sauce is poured directly on the pasta and is combined with a sprinkling of cheese, preferably Parmesan: it is excellent spread on canapés or toasted bread.
